  • No referral is needed. You can book directly whether you’re paying privately, using private health insurance, or funded by a program like NDIS and WorkCover.

  • We'll start with a deep dive into your story - your symptoms, health history, lifestyle and goals - followed by a physical assessment and a collaborative treatment plan. Treatment may include hands-on therapy, movement practices, load management/activity pacing, and/or nervous system regulation practices.

  • Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely - activewear or loose-fitting clothing is ideal.

  • Video consultations are surprisingly effective. I guide you through assessment, education, and tailored treatment strategies to address your presenting issue- all from the comfort of your own space. All you need is a stable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone and some room to move

  • Yes. If you have private health extras that cover physiotherapy, you may be eligible for a rebate. I can provide invoices for both in-person and online services.

  • Absolutely - if you’re plan-managed or self-managed. I regularly support NDIS participants and can tailor reports or session plans to your needs.

  • Pricing varies depending on the service and duration. Please see booking link for appointment types and prices, or get in touch and I’ll guide you through options.

  • I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling, to allow others the opportunity to book. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
