For persistent pain and fatigue, pairing evidence-informed rehab with contemplative practices.
Integrative care that’s curious, compassionate, research-backed.

  • Here, movement is more than exercise - it’s a language of awareness. Through tailored practices that integrate physiotherapy, yoga, and somatic education, we help you move with less fear, more clarity, and a deepened connection to your body’s signals.

  • Pain doesn’t just live in tissues - it weaves through your story, your stress, your sleep, and your sense of safety. That’s why your first session isn’t just an assessment, it’s a conversation. We listen deeply to understand your whole experience - so we can guide you toward meaningful, lasting change.

In your first session, I look beyond symptoms to understand your lifestyle, history, stress, sleep, and values. I assess how your whole system is responding — physically and emotionally. This includes movement assessment and space to explore beliefs, nervous system patterns, and how your body feels day-to-day. From there, we create a tailored recovery plan using both hands on treatment, exercise rehabilitation and practices like breathwork, mindful movement, and targeted rest.
